THE CHALLENGE
As a brand-new practice, Tandzorg Geraardsbergen had to build awareness from zero, in a town where an established competitor with more chairs and staff already had a foothold. Without a professional identity or website yet, prospective patients had no way to discover them, and no reason yet to trust a name they’d never heard of. Standing out meant building credibility from the very first impression.
THE APPROACH
The identity needed to feel caregiving and trustworthy without tipping into cold or clinical, warm and approachable enough for families and seniors alike, while still signalling real expertise and modern facilities. Custom icons were designed for each treatment so patients could navigate services at a glance, and social templates were built to keep every post consistent.
THE RESULT
Tandzorg Geraardsbergen launched with a complete, professional presence: branding, website, custom icons, and social templates all working as one.
