Step 01
Match call

Before starting a project I’d love to hear more about you, your company and your vision. This way, we can find out if we’re a match or not.

Step 02
Tailored proposal

After a match call, I will send you a personalized proposal.

Every person, every brand asks for a different approach and has different needs, that's why I make a tailored project proposal, that covers all your needs.

Step 03
Intake & Strategy

Your branding is the foundation of your website or webshop. To get to know you and your business I will send you a questionnaire, to dive into your story, values, target audience, positioning and more. This helps us to get clarity and direction to build the website or webshop from a solid foundation.

We bring design, marketing, technology and strategy together to make sure you get a completely custom and unique website, that works for you and that feels like you. In every pixel.

Step 04
Creative Direction

To make sure I can bridge the gap between strategy, imagination and design, I'll start a private but shared moodboard.

This is the place where we can both 'pin' visuals. This also gives me an insight in your vision and preferences. I create one or two moodboard prior to the design phase, to make sure we’re heading into the right (creative) direction for your brand.

Step 05
Wireframe + Design Proposal

The wireframes set the stage for the final website, making sure that the flow and set-up is exactly right. After agreeing on the wireframes, the design concepts will be shared, based on your branding.

From here, we can start on finalizing the design, and getting them ready for web development.

Step 06
Development

After the designs are approved, it's time to build the website or webshop in WordPress or Shopify. From here we can add animations, visual elements, and add-ons to bring the design to life. This happens at the URL (domain) of your website. 

Once the building is done, a responsive check will be done, together with the SEO basics. 

Step 07
Launch

When your website is ready to go live, I make sure everything pixel is in place, the visuals are consistent, the story is clear, and the first impression is exactly what it should be. 

You can now launch your website with confidence, not crossed fingers.

The timeline depends on the scope of your project and the webdesign package, but on average a website process takes 4-8 weeks. This allows time for research, strategy, design, building and revisions to ensure every detail is taken care of.

Of course! After the website is done, I will give you a “tour” in a call, so you know where to change things and add things. You will also receive a guide/PDF with instructions to work with the website by yourself. 

But if you need help or don’t feel like changing your website yourself, don’t hesitate to contact me!

To ensure a your spot and a seamless process, we require a 50% down payment upfront to secure your project slot, with the remaining 50% after project completion. (2 payment terms)
